Helen Keller's Quote

Copyright works can not be copied without permission. To use on your blog, you have to get permission from the person who made that work. If you do want to use a picture or a work of some body's, you can use Creative Commons licensed pictures. Creative Commons.org is a group of people that have agreed to allow others to share their work. The Fair Use concept supports a collaborative culture that is common now in the 21st century. Fair Use is a concept exploring the ways you can use other people's work to create new content on the Internet. Fair Use of others' work needs to 1) be transformative, 2) proportionate, and 3) give credits. To transform is to change the work of another person's work in a significant way. To be proportionate means to only use the amount necessary to make your point. To give credit is to acknowledge the artist for the picture used.
